Oral History audio recording of Don Roberts who is asked about the cooperatives and labor in the apple industry, WWII and on through the 1980's. He tells of the changes made to the process of drying apples and the competion from foreign markets. He recalls the Sebastopol Apple Growers Union, Vacu Dry, Sebastopol Coop Cannery, and many apple growers.
